Make sure the vehicle is
free of contents. The
carrier’s insurance does not
cover any lost or stolen
items inside the car.
Contents inside the vehicle
add weight to the trucks
overall load which is
regulated and checked by the
Department Of
Transportation. |

No pick up times or delivery
times are guaranteed. You
can provide a window of
availability for your
schedule, but we cannot
guarantee a specific time.
Each customer's schedule is
different and there may be
delays. Rather than break
a promised date and time, we
prefer to keep in touch,
updating you on the ETA of
your vehicle. |

Please make sure your
vehicle is ready to load. Disarm any security alarms.
DO NOT fill your vehicle
with gas, keep it around a
quarter
of a tank. Secure any loose
parts or remove anything not
properly secured. |

A deposit will be required
at the time of your order.
Your deposit is refundable
up until your vehicle is
dispatched to a carrier. The
deposit will be used to pay
the carrier for time and
fuel used while they were en route to your pick-up
location. |
